VYTREL™ TERMS OF SERVICE

I. THE AGREEMENT

By accessing the VYTREL™ platform or utilizing our curated logistics engine, the Client enters into a binding service agreement with 1001550128 Ontario Inc. Participation in our ecosystem constitutes full acceptance of these institutional terms.

II. JURISDICTIONAL MANDATE

These terms and all corporate engagements are governed exclusively by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes, mediation, or inquiries shall be resolved strictly within the jurisdiction of the Newmarket HQ.

III. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VYTREL™ (1001550128 Ontario Inc.) operates as a high-efficiency arbitrage and logistics coordinator. The Corporation facilitates the procurement and distribution of premium workspace assets but does not manufacture the physical components. Consequently:

1. Manufacturer Scope: VYTREL™ is not liable for manufacturer-level defects, structural engineering failures, or technical malfunctions beyond the specific scope defined in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Operational Indemnity: The Corporation assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of procured assets.

IV. FISCAL SETTLEMENT & PRICING

To maintain the integrity of our domestic vault, all transactions are settled in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

1. Currency Conversion: While prices may be displayed in alternative currencies for international convenience, the final settlement is processed in CAD.

2. Exchange Volatility: Any foreign exchange fees, conversion spreads, or institutional surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Client’s financial provider.

V. INSTITUTIONAL CONTINUITY

VYTREL™ reserves the right to refine, modify, or harden these terms at any time to maintain alignment with our evolving institutional architecture. Continued engagement with our logistics nodes following such refinements constitutes acceptance of the updated framework.

VI. SERVICE REFUSAL

VYTREL™ maintains the sovereign right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion to protect the integrity of the logistics grid and the safety of our digital workforce.
