VYTREL™ RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I. THE STANDARD
VYTREL™ provides curated, high-performance workspace solutions. The Corporation enforces a strict 30-day return window effective from the verified date of delivery. Following this 30-day period, all institutional sales are classified as final and non-reversible.
II. ASSET INTEGRITY PROTOCOL
To maintain institutional standards and ensure the integrity of the logistics chain, items must be returned in their original, unopened factory packaging. All assets must remain unassembled and in "as-new" condition. VYTREL™ reserves the absolute right to reject return requests for items exhibiting evidence of installation, use, or environmental exposure.
III. NON-RETURNABLE ASSETS
Custom workspace configurations, bespoke hardware deployments, and all digital license assets are classified as final sale. No exceptions are granted for specialized institutional orders or customized workspace architecture.
IV. LOGISTICS EXECUTION
To initiate a return, formal notification must be directed to the Newmarket HQ at office@vytrel.ca.
1. Validation: All requests must include the original Order Number and photographic evidence confirming the integrity of the factory seal.
2. Routing: Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) and directed to the primary logistics node in Markham [YYZ5].
3. Responsibility: Costs associated with return shipping and full-value insurance for non-defective items are the sole responsibility of the client. VYTREL™ assumes no liability for assets lost or damaged during return transit.
V. RESTOCKING LEVY
A 15% restocking and technical inspection fee will be deducted from the final settlement amount for all physical workspace assets. This levy facilitates the professional structural inspection and re-warehousing processes at the Markham node.
VI. SETTLEMENT
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days following a successful technical inspection and clearance at the regional logistics hub.
