VYTREL™ PRIVACY POLICY

I. DATA CONTROLLER

VYTREL™ is a proprietary brand operated by 1001550128 Ontario Inc., headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario. The Corporation acts as the sole controller of all institutional data moving through our operational ecosystem.

II. DATA MINIMIZATION & INTENT

In alignment with our high-efficiency mandate, VYTREL™ collects only the essential data points required to execute luxury logistics and fulfill bespoke workspace orders. Collected data is limited to:

1. Corporate Identification: Name and Email for institutional communication and order verification.

2. Kinetic Data: Physical shipping address for logistical routing and delivery execution.

3. Financial Metadata: Payment information processed exclusively via secure, encrypted gateways.

III. INSTITUTIONAL PROCESSING & THE DIGITAL WORKFORCE

All internal data is processed by the VYTREL™ 30-Agent digital workforce. This infrastructure utilizes client information solely for supplier coordination and logistical routing to our distribution nodes. VYTREL™ maintains a strict Zero-Broker Policy: we do not sell, lease, or trade corporate data to third-party marketing entities or data brokers.

IV. INFRASTRUCTURE SOVEREIGNTY

VYTREL™ utilizes a hardened infrastructure stack to ensure the integrity of client information:

1. The Transactional Layer: Secured via the Shopify ecosystem, utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols.

2. The Communication Layer: Managed via Google Workspace and anchored to our private corporate domain (vytrel.ca).

3. Security Hardening: All data pathways are protected under VYTREL™ private DNS and institutional security protocols.

V. DATA RIGHTS & OVERSIGHT

Sovereign clients maintain the right to access, rectify, or purge their data from active systems. All inquiries, data requests, or deletion commands must be directed to the Newmarket HQ at office@vytrel.ca.

VI. JURISDICTIONAL MANDATE

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any data disputes or legal inquiries shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the Newmarket HQ.
